STEP 1:   When you have decided to order click at the event of you choice on „buy tickets for this event“ . Do not worry, your order will be charged only at the end of the procedure when you confirm your purchase. The total amount is charged only when the order has been successfully processed and when tickets will be sent to you.
WARNING: Selected tickets are temporarily reserved for 24 minutes in your shopping basket, after which the reservation expires.

STEP 2 – SEATING PLAN BOOKING:  You can also choose your seats directly in the interactive seating plan. (Attention: To be able to use the seating plan booking, pop-up blocker must be deactivated and Java must be installed on your computer - free download: www.java.com).Use the navigator to select your prefered area of seatmap and use "+" and "-" buttons to change zoom level. You can now choose your seats by simply clicking on your desired seats. Continue your order by clicking on the button "to basket".


STEP 3 – DELIVERY INFORMATION / PAYMENT INFORMATION:   On this page you will be able to select the delivery method (e-ticket) and the payment method (payment card). Click the button below "to customer Info" to continue the procedure.

If you have forgotten the password, leave the email address with which you registered, and click the "Send" button.

STEP 4 – CUSTOMER INFO / REGISTRATION:  You will now be directed to the formulary page for the necessary data (email address, first name, last name, phone number, country, city, postal code, address). Enter the required information. In case you already have an account, switch to "I already registered, log me in" and type in the previously selected password. In case you have forgotten your password, click on the "forgotten password" link.Use the link we will send you your email address to set a new password.

You can also specify an invoice address (different from your delivery address – eg for company invoice) by clicking the checkmark"Invoice should be written to a different name".

To go to the payment page, you must first tick the "I accept the Terms of Use" field, then click on the "Payment" button.

At any time, you can edit items in the basket (add, delete, edit, etc.). To get to the shopping basket, please click on the "shopping basket" symbol at the top of the page.

 

STEP 5 – PAYMENT:  At this step, you will be redirected to the payment service provider.Payment can be made with the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can find more information about the payment methodhere.Please, do not close the browser until the result of the purchase appears on the website.

STEP 6 –PURCHASE CONFIRMATION: You will now receive a message that your order has been made successfully, as well as the link that leads to your tickets. In the next few minutes, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully processed. The confirmation also contains the link that leads to your tickets.
